WELCOME TO THE WEEKEND CUP 2020!
The 5th anniversary of the LRv3 Far Cry multiplayer add-on is around the corner and we have planned something very special for our community. During the weekend of the 19th and 20th of September 2020 we will host an ASSAULT and an FFA Cup. And yes, there will be prizes!
We would like to invite everyone to join us in this gaming event. Play for the win or just for the fun of it – it is free and everyone is welcome!
For both ASSAULT and FFA there will be 3 matches on Saturday and 3 matches on Sunday, so 6 games each for both game modes.
How to sign up for the Weekend Cup?
To sign up for the Weekend Cup 2020 please choose your preferred game mode (ASSAULT, FFA or both) and send an e-mail to cup@farcrylraddon.de or use the contact form below. You can sign up for the competition until September 6, 2020.
Please keep in mind that we need your in-game player name with and without color tags.

How does the Weekend Cup work?
The FFA Cup trophy will be awarded to the player with the highest kill count after all 6 matches have ended.
For the ASSAULT Cup we aim for 5 versus 5 matches. We will create as many teams as the player numbers allow and we will try our best to set up fair and balanced teams. The player with the highest score (kills + flags) from the team that captured the most flags will be awarded with the ASSAULT Cup trophy.
If a player happens to win both the FFA and the ASSAULT Cup, he can choose which trophy he wants. The second best player of the
other game mode will then be awarded with the other prize.
All ASSAULT and FFA matches are scheduled alternately in different time slots, giving you the chance to participate in both competitions. The Weekend Cup starts in the afternoon and continues into the early evening hours, with breaks in between the matches. Please have a look at the timetables below.
After the last Cup match of each day ends, please stay with us for our “Saturday/Sunday Night Fight”. It is open to everyone.
During the Weekend Cup 2020 all players are required to join our official TeamSpeak³ Server 30 minutes before the matches begin. All players also need a fully working and updated Far Cry game. If you need to reinstall or update Far Cry, but encounter some issues, please contact the LRv3 team for support. We are happy to help you out.
The timetable will be finalized and filled with all players in September. During the sign-up time the timetable just shows the gaming dates, maps and some basic server information.
